Baysan Architecture is a majority women-owned architecture practice founded in 2017. We are dedicated to excellence in the design collaborating with the clients and consultants. We apply sustainable design concepts to achieve energy-efficient and climate-resilient projects while creating spaces that promote health and well-being for occupants. Our process-oriented architectural design approach begins with setting project parameters based on our client’s goals, budget, timeline, and project environment. We develop the design with the understanding that every building is part of an ecosystem and every design decision influences the environment. We use BIM (Building Information Modeling) which allows coordination and collaboration with all consultants efficiently. In addition, 3D visualization helps us to present our design ideas to clients and make collaborative design decisions beginning at an early stage. Project filing at the Department of Buildings done in-house creates a simplified and time-saving approval process.
