Choose You LLC is a New York City–based coaching and consulting company founded in 2022 by Sarah Santiago, a licensed social worker and experienced empowerment coach. Choose You LLC specializes in communication coaching, confidence-building, and boundary-setting services for women and community-based organizations. Our mission is to help individuals, especially women, prioritize their well-being and voice through intentional communication and emotional clarity. Rooted in a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, Choose You LLC provides both direct client support and large-scale programming tailored to communities, agencies, and institutions. We proudly serve diverse populations, including overwhelmed college students, women experiencing burnout, residents of housing programs and shelters, and staff and youth across public schools and CBOs. Our goal is to create safe, supportive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead with confidence. Our work is divided into two interconnected branches: 1. Choose You LLC – Women’s Empowerment Coaching & Personal Growth Services Focused on women aged 18–40, this branch empowers women to communicate their wants and needs, set emotional boundaries, and reclaim self-worth. Key offerings include: 1:1 Coaching: A six-week personalized program focused on self-awareness, confident communication, emotional regulation, and boundary-setting. Workshops & Groups: Interactive group sessions for women and students, covering confidence-building, self-advocacy, emotional intelligence, and nonverbal communication. Journals & Resources: Tools such as the Self-Worth & Communication Journal, affirmation cards, and coloring books designed to support emotional growth and intentional reflection. Pop-Up Empowerment Experiences: On-site activations like “The Mirror of Confidence” and “Words of Worth” that create healing, motivational spaces in community and school settings. Signature Program: “You First, Always” – A six-week transformational coaching program to help women break free from people-pleasing, burnout, and self-doubt. 2. BridgePoint Collaborative – Community & Organizational Services BridgePoint Collaborative is the professional development and community engagement extension of Choose You LLC. It serves CBOs, shelters, schools, and city agencies (e.g., DYCD, ACS, HRA, DOE) with workshops and programs designed to empower both providers and populations. This branch focuses on building communication skills, team culture, and sustainable emotional wellness across systems. Core Offerings include: Professional Development Workshops: Tailored sessions for shelter staff, school personnel, and youth program leaders on topics like effective communication, trauma-informed engagement, and boundary-setting in the workplace. Youth & Parent Programming: Interactive workshops and group sessions for teens, parents, and families to build stronger communication, confidence, and emotional regulation skills. Train-the-Trainer Models: Capacity-building programs to equip organizations with the tools to sustain wellness and empowerment programming beyond initial engagement. Community-Based Coaching Series: Short-term coaching cohorts for transitional youth, parents, or community members that promote healing, goal-setting, and self-advocacy. SEL Curriculum Add-Ons: Custom-designed Social Emotional Learning modules for grades 5–12 to be integrated into school curriculum or afterschool programs. The company is available for in-person and virtual sessions and customizes programming based on the needs of each client or institution.
