Fix It With Piggy LLC company details

Fix It With Piggy is the Bronx’s only full-service community tech hub, providing both high-quality technology services and accessible tech education for youth, adults, and local organizations. Founded by Ashonda Culcleasure, Fix It With Piggy was created to close the digital divide in underserved communities by offering a safe, vibrant, and culturally responsive space where people of all ages can learn, work, and engage with technology confidently. We operate as a hybrid service and education model. Our tech service department offers device diagnostics, hardware repair, software troubleshooting, data recovery, website development, and on-demand tech support for individuals, families, and small businesses. These services provide reliable, affordable solutions for community members who often lack access to trustworthy tech repair options. Revenue from services directly funds our educational programming and workforce development opportunities. Our education division delivers hands-on, project-based learning through after-school programs, weekend workshops, summer internships, and adult digital literacy classes. Students learn skills such as computer repair, coding, web design, digital creativity, and AI fluency—skills that translate into confidence, academic improvement, and career readiness. Many of our youth participants leave with certificates, completed digital projects, laptops, mentorship, and pathways toward employment. Our programs are intentionally designed to uplift Bronx youth by providing exposure to STEM, 21st-century job skills, and real-world tech experience. Fix It With Piggy also serves local schools, nonprofits, and community centers through partnerships that deliver tech curriculum, teacher professional development, and on-site tech support. Our commitment to community advancement extends to job creation; we regularly hire interns, high school seniors, and college students, offering paid work experiences that help them build professional portfolios and secure future employment. At the core of our mission is the belief that technology should be empowering, not intimidating or inaccessible. Fix It With Piggy transforms learning by making tech fun, hands-on, and culturally connected, while simultaneously solving everyday tech problems for the neighborhood. What began as a mission-driven startup has grown into a trusted Bronx institution dedicated to digital equity, economic mobility, and community innovation. Fix It With Piggy is preparing to launch its first full community tech hub space, located inside the historic Andrew Freedman Home. The space will operate as a tech café, training center, repair shop, and creative studio, offering youth and adults a place to learn, build, repair, collaborate, and earn. Our long-term vision is to build a replicable model of community-based tech empowerment across New York City and beyond—bridging digital gaps while cultivating the next generation of tech talent right here in the Bronx.
