Sheet Metal Workers Local 28 28
Signatory to union contracts
We’re Victoria Contracting NYC, a union sheet metal company affiliated with Local 28, specializing in ductwork fabrication and installation for commercial buildings and city infrastructure projects throughout New York City. Our company was founded in 2024 by August and Vicky Dennis—a husband-and-wife team combining over a decade of field experience with strong business operations. August has worked in the trade for over 13 years and built a solid reputation for quality, reliability, and leadership on job sites. After a contractor from Sterling shared that he wished August had his own company because he enjoyed working with him so much, we decided to take the leap. We saved up, put our plan into motion, and officially launched the business. Since then, we’ve proudly secured contracts on HVAC and duct installation projects for city buildings, transit infrastructure, and private commercial developments. August leads all field operations, ensuring work is done to the highest standard, while Vicky oversees the business, compliance, union relations, and project coordination. At Victoria Contracting NYC, we’re committed to delivering exceptional work with integrity, safety, and union craftsmanship at the core of everything we do.
